Isaac is a consumer insight professional who brings valuable experience from his time in the commercial and marketing team at one of the world's largest FMCG companies to his role at EPIC. As the former head of the insights and category function at Kraft Heinz in the Irish market, Isaac consistently leveraged a wide range of tools to champion the voice of the consumer in critical business decisions. Now, on the agency side, he works closely with clients to deliver actionable consumer behavioural insights that drive meaningful revenue growth.
Outside the office, Isaac is a keen athlete. He has competed in triathlons and road races, and is currently training for open-water swimming events taking place across Ireland. An avid traveller and hiker, he enjoys exploring new parts of the world and ticking off bucket-list adventures — with highlights so far including Iceland, Chile, and the Dolomites.
