With over 25 years of senior marketing management experience in multinational corporations within consumer goods, travel & hospitality industries, Louise’s experience is concentrated on driving transformational consumer & shopper insight projects that guide brand, NPD & GTM strategic plans and drive long-term successful business outcomes.
Louise joined EPIC in February 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience in Consumer and Market Insights (CMI) coupled with a deep passion for understanding consumer and shopper behavior.
Prior to EPIC, in her 10 years at Whirlpool Corporation, she led the UK CMI & data analytics team, supporting transformational product development initiatives, go-to-market pricing strategies and shaping the company’s brand and media strategies through insight & data intelligence - she was also a customer of EPIC herself!!!
At EPIC, Louise leverages her extensive experience to lead the Survey Success team and is accountable for aligning operations to consistently deliver exceptional results for our customers. This involves optimising operational efficiency, upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance, with a focus on cultivating long-term customer relationships that consistently deliver exceptional value.
Outside of work, Louise enjoys traveling and outdoor pursuits such as snowboarding, sailing & learning to dive. Her travel bucket list includes Qatar, Japan, and a Caribbean cruise. She’s also a fluent Spanish speaker, which enhances her support for clients in Spanish-speaking markets, broadening her overall impact.
