Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to help us deliver our pricing solutions for our clients in the FMCG sector. The Survey Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing surveys to gather valuable data for our clients and help them turn data into action. The ideal candidate will be numeric, have an understanding of an FMCG business and be a great communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop surveys tailored to meet client objectives and research goals.
• Implement surveys using our online survey platforms.
• Manage survey logistics, including sample selection, distribution, and monitoring response rates.
• Interpret survey findings and generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of survey projects with client needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in survey research and market analysis.

Qualifications: (Must Haves)

• Experience in FMCG in either marketing, consumer insights or commercial roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in market research or consulting is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications: (Wishes)

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Market Research, Economics, or a related field a real advantage.
• Proven experience in survey design, implementation, and analysis.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, or R.
